VERY happy with my new PC! Josh takes the time to go through every little detail and built my PC to the specs that I needed for online trading. Explained to me the reasons for not needing certain parts (he realy knows his stuff!) which helped save me a lot of money. Also very happy with the speed at which it was built and shipped to me. under 5 days! the overall experience was so easy. I didnt even have to leave the house. Would recommend Cataclysm to all! Thanks Josh and the Cataclysm team!

Extremely happy with my PC, this was my first PC and Josh was so amazing with helping me choose whats right and within my budget, Josh also recommended a monitor and gaming mouse which I bought and am so satisfied with. I definitely recommend ordering from Cataclysm Computers and I will be buying my wife a PC with them in the future as well

My experience with Josh and Cataclysm was great! I had a call with Josh to find out exactly what I needed for my build. I already had a graphics cards and power supply and he was more than happy to use those in the build. He was also happy for me to drop the parts off myself and pick up the PC when it was done as well as take an SSD out of my old PC and put it in this new build. The experience was so easy from start to finish and everyone at cataclysm was so helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

These guys at Cataclysm were absolutely phenomenal, 10,000/10 recommend! 🤩 I was honestly very hesitant about spending a significant amount of money on a PC when I knew absolutely nothing about them other than how to turn one on 😂. I was completely out of my depth, but from the very beginning, Roman made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Roman took the time to talk me through everything, explained what each component did in a way I could actually understand, and helped me choose the right parts without ever making me feel like I was asking silly questions. What I appreciated most was that he genuinely listened to what I wanted. This PC was a gift for my partner, and Roman made sure every single decision was based around my partner’s needs, interests and what he would actually get the most enjoyment out of. I ordered the PC on a Thursday and was absolutely blown away to have it custom built and delivered the following week! The turnaround time was incredible, especially considering it was a custom build, and the communication throughout the entire process was honestly top tier. I was kept informed, all my questions were answered, and I always felt like I was dealing with people who genuinely cared about getting it right rather than just making a sale. The PC itself is absolutely incredible, and most importantly, I have one very happy hubby! ❤️ Seeing his reaction when he received it made the whole experience worth it, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. A huge thank you to Roman and the entire Cataclysm team for making what could have been a very overwhelming purchase such an easy, enjoyable and exciting experience. The knowledge, customer service, communication and care were all exceptional. If you’re looking at getting a PC and, like me, have absolutely no idea where to start, go speak to these guys! You won’t regret it. 10,000/10 from me. Thank you again, Cataclysm! ❤️🔥

The PC is absolutely amazing! Looks beautiful, gray and neat cable Managment and great performance. I had a call with Roman who was super knowledgeable and understood right away what I needed for the build to perform. He also managed to build it within budget which was not a small feat considering the requirements. The PC arrived really quickly Seems that during transport something must have broke, as the pc had some problems on day one, no big deal, it happens… Roman put me in touch with support and Josh guided me through the different diagnostics. He found the issue in no time and less than 24hs later the replacement component was on my doorstep…. Amazing job from Roman and the team… could not be happier

I cannot recommend Cataclysm Computers enough. From the initial quote to the final delivery, the communication was top-tier. Roman listened to what I needed for my budget, suggested smart component upgrades without any hard-selling, and built an absolute beast of a machine. Josh was great with Organising a replacement Windows key the same day as requested. The cable management inside the case is remarkably neat, and it booted up cleanly right out of the box with zero bloatware. Super fast shipping to Darwin and friendly, expert support. If you need a custom PC built right, look no further!

Excellent experience with Cataclysm Computers! I recently purchased a custom desktop PC for work and couldn't be happier with both the product and the service. Josh was a pleasure to deal with - incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and generous with his advice. The PC is excellent (build quality and performance), and the customer service was outstanding. And the PC comes with 3 years warranty. Highly recommend! *Coming from someone who used to build PCs regularly, and knows the difference between a good PC and an excellent one. And knows the difference between someone who puts 100% into their work and someone who doesnt, I sincerely mean what I've written above.

If I could give these guys a six out of five, I would. Josh, Dylan and the guys at Cataclysm have been fantastic since day one. From the initial call sorting out system specs, keeping me in the loop with everything and a few troubleshooting issues (which were resolved), I couldn’t fault them. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant gaming computer from Roman and Cataclysm Computers! Roman was great to work with - he took my individual requirements into consideration and didn't try to up-sell me on anything unnecessary. As someone who last had a gaming PC in the 90's, I appreciated having someone so knowledgeable work through everything with me. He clearly explained which hardware components he was choosing and why. I love my new PC and could not be happier.

Josh was great to deal with. He took the time to ascertain what my needs were for the computer. He was friendly and very responsive to any questions I had after our initial phone call. Got my first PC build from these guys and they were phenomenal. Josh was great and super friendly, gave an in depth consult to get me the best value for my budget. Shipping was fast and when I ran into driver issues, he helped me get to the bottom of it and fix it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a gaming PC.

Honestly best experience and ease I’ve ever had, I usually build my own pc but I work so much right now I just didn’t have the time to research and pick my parts and obviously build it. Booked a time to talk about cost and parts, he really knows what he’s talking about and doesn’t just gib you for the most expensive parts they genuinely design it to be the most cost effective pc for the cheapest price possible. I set my price at 6-7k and it cost 6.4K so they didn’t try and squeeze me for all the coin I had 10/10 will buy again for the misses

Josh is absolute legend. Took time to chat and work through what I needed and the most cost effective way to get there. Arrived so quick too!

Nothing but great things to say about Josh and the team. A close friend of mine recommended Cataclysm for my build, specifically because they care - My first impression of the company was high due to a near immediate contact about the build. Josh kept me in the loop until it was at my office & that process itself took less than a week. These guys care.. and not just about the build itself but I can promise that if there are problems, they will help. I won’t go into details about the two issues I had, but I notified Josh mid morning on a Friday, he had both rectified by 2pm the same day. Cataclysm are the best in the business because there is peace of mind that if you have problems you will have a team of professionals getting it resolved quickly. For anyone reading reviews to make a decision: I highly recommend using them. Thanks again guys!

Wow. What an incredible service provided by the whole team at Cataclysm. Right from the start I was asked what my requirements were, not just being pushed into another sale. There was a very detailed conversation about what I needed and we were able to work out together the right PC for me. Once ordered and assembled the delivery was super quick, next day. Upon receiving the PC the instructions were simple to follow. I encountered just one minor issue setting up my PC (Users Lack of Knowledge) and even though Josh was extremely busy that day, he found the time to help me resolve my issue, which I was extremely grateful for. True customer service. I was up and running within a day. I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase as it is exactly what I needed. Thanks to the whole Team for your help and support. I truly recommend using Cataclysm to get your next PC from.

Roman at Cataclysm Computers has put together a PC for me exactly as I needed plus more. The guys at Cataclysm Computers know what they're talking about, Josh put it into perspective for me explaining how it works , for example,.. you can't expect your car to be as fast installing an expensive turbo if it does not match other components of the car, plus it could "crash" 😉 no pun intended. So I definately recommend these guys if you're interested in sim racing. This is my second PC now with cataclysm computers and very happy with my new 5080. Visuals are amazing. Can finally race in 4k. Hello new PC

Late last year I bought a custom designed PC from Cataclysm. I knew what I wanted to use the PC for (photo editing and Microsoft Flight Simulator) but had no idea what configuration would be powerful enough but not more than needed. I talked a lot with Josh about photo editing and flight sim and he then proposed a configuration that has proved to be just fantastic. What impressed me most at the time was how much Josh would say what I didn't need - not just what I did need. The PC was built quickly and arrived very well packaged. The detailed instructions and videos provided for setup were excellent. I had some issue with a new Apple monitor that I bought and Josh was great about helping me figure out why it wasn’t working with the PC. That issue was soon fixed and I just couldn’t be happier with the PC. I just love using it. I’m sorry I don't have photos to post as it has glass panels and great internal lights on the fans - it’s very cool to look at. Today, months after I’d bought the PC I had reason to ask Josh for some advice and he got back to me straight away - it reminded me again about what a great company this is. I can’t recommend Josh more highly and will be buying only from Cataclysm in the future.
