STEP 1:

First, click your Windows logo or search bar at the bottom left of your screen.

STEP 2:

Type in "Task Manager" and click on "Task Manager"

STEP 3:

On the left of the window, you'll see some tabs, click on the "Startup apps" tab.

STEP 4:

You will see all the applications and programs that automatically open when you first turn on your PC.

STEP 5:

You will see the status and startup impact of each application on startup.

Right click then click "disable" on all the applications you would like to disable on startup.

STEP 6:

Restart your PC for the changes to take effect.
