HOW TO RESET WINDOWS 10 OR 11

STEP 1:

First, click your Windows logo or search bar at the bottom left of your screen.

STEP 2:

Type in "Reset this PC" and click on "Reset this PC"

STEP 3:

Now click on "Reset PC" under the "Reset this PC" heading.

STEP 4:

If you're resetting Windows because of some kind of software issue, it's recommended to click "Remove everything" so you can start on a fresh Windows install, it'll be like using a brand new PC.

STEP 5:

Now Windows will prepare to reset, you'll see this screen:

STEP 6:

Once you get to the "How would you like to reinstall Windows?" screen, it's advised that you choose a "Cloud download," this will download a completely new version of Windows - if your Windows files are corrupt, this will stop you from reinstalling faulty files.
