The AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D is the same CPU as the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, but with 8 more cores. Whilst this doesn't translate to better gaming performance (they will give identical FPS), it does mean multi-tasking and running CPU-intensive tasks will feel twice as fast. Every motherboard has a different QVL list which we follow, and we usually try to avoid Corsair as their RGB does not sync with other RGB apps - all other brands will sync.
